TurboTax, produced by Intuit, is software that helps prepare American’s Tax Returns. The reason behind TurboTax not working on your Windows device may be corrupted system files, damaged Windows Registry entry, or a virus/malware. To fix this, open “Task Manager” on your device, locate “Intuit Update Service” under the “Process” tab, and end the process. Once done, find “MSlexec.exe” under the “Details” tab, select it and click on “End Task”. Now reinstall the application.
