Or is being an independent trainer the real way to go?

hi,

so I have been on a diet for a few weeks now. It's going okay so far, I'm losing about .5 lbs a week. I wish I could lose pounds faster then that, but anyways that's everyone's dream. But during my diet I want to trim the small belly I have and maybe turn it into a 6 pack. So what are some really good ab workouts that actually work. A lot of fitness trainers say crunches doesn't do anything, so anyone have some good advice?
